DC to market Fujitsu PRIMERGY Server Range in ANZ

DC has been appointed a value-added distributor of Fujitsu's PRIMERGY server range in Australia and New Zealand. This new partnership will expand the reach of PRIMERGY servers into mid to uppper channel markets and will fast track DC's Product on Demand (POD) portfolio delivered through the DC PodFactory service. DC's PODs include existing reference architectures and integrate various vendor offerings to create solutions that solve contemporary business problems.

Global accolades for DXi deduplication continue to grow
Quantum Corp., a proven global expert in data protection and big data management, announced that Quantum’s DXi® deduplication and backup products recently received annual awards from two technology industry leaders. The new DXi6800 appliance won the Initiative Mittelstand Innovation IT Award 2013 at the CeBIT trade show, and the DXi6701/02 appliance won the Network Computing 2013 Product of the Year Award in the Storage Product category.

NetApp Named “Champion” and winner of “Best Overall Value” for Small to Mid-range Storage by Info-Tech Research Group

In a recent Vendor Landscape report, Info-Tech Research Group recognized NetApp as a “Champion” in the category of small to mid-range storage, and the winner of the “Best Overall Value” award for its FAS2200 product line. Exciting news for the NetApp FAS team, adding to the success they have been enjoying since the launch of the new FAS2200 line. When you place an order with DC that includes a DC FireBlanket advance hardware replacement service, the Purchase Order is taken as approval of the DC FireBlanket contract. You are no longer required to approve an interim contract. This course will focus on the technical information and presentation skills that are needed in the field. It is an intensive three day instructor led course that includes specific product information, case study exercises, and hands-on presentation practice. When completed the students will be able to evaluate a basic customer environment and decide what NetApp products are appropriate for the customers desired outcome.
