This course covers in-depth information regarding NAS and SAN protocols, how to isolate issues, verify configuration, use EMS messages for troubleshooting and how to enable tracing.The course uses lectures and hands-on exercises performed on live, virtualized equipment kits.

This course will prepare you to deliver Clustered Data ONTAP Installation services to the quality standards and best practices set by NetApp. You will have physical access to NetApp systems and will be able to practice some critical installation functions. Using your laptop with appropriate tools installed, you will execute all aspects of installation and setup of NetApp equipment in a basic cluster configuration. The hands-on labs will also cover topics such as Vserver setup, multipathing, adding licenses, using Config Advisor and System Manager.
You will also learn how to set up customer Support accounts, AutoSupport, and how to conduct a customer briefing.
