These services are only available through our reseller partners and are developed in association with our vendors to ensure the technology we distribute is never a passive option but a live, continuous, complete IT solution.
StoreProof™ Professional Services
StoreProof™ provides a range of installation services from pre-configuration through to fully customised rollouts. Our engineers have been vendor certified at the highest levels to ensure our support is second to none.
There are three predefined installation options available that will be suitable for most resellers to offer their customers. If the customer does not fit into one of these scenarios then SAN Systems™ will provide a custom installation plan. Fixed-priced installations are also available which give resellers the confidence of a fixed price contract.
StoreProof™ Logistics
StoreProof™ Logistics is our comprehensive technology preparation program for management and configuration of all hardware and software for the end-user. Devices can be configured, tested and delivered anywhere in Australia within 48 hours.
SafetyNET™ Advanced hardware replacement
SAN Systems™ understands the critical nature of your customers’ data storage products and has developed a unique advance replacement service to suit. The SafetyNET™ service is delivered in one of two ways depending on the vendor product that is covered:
- We ship a replacement product to the end customer; or
- We ship a loan unit the customer can use until their replacement arrives.
Either way, we collect the faulty unit and return it on behalf of the customer to the manufacturer. Our standard service is next business day for Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas and best effort for the rest of Australia. Extended hour contracts are also available.
On selected products we also store the configuration of the product on a weekly basis and download the configuration to the unit before shipping to the customer.
