Support Policy
Phone and email based technical support for our resellers is free. Onsite support is an additional charge, please refer to the prevailing SAN Systems Services price list for pricing.
But what about hardware?
Standard vendors warranty applies to all our products which in some cases might take some time if it is a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. If you need Next Business Day Hardware Replacment (NBDHR) or 24x7x4 hour response for failed hardware, these are available for most of our products, please refer to the SAN Systems price list for details of our SafeteyNET service.
Installation Services
SAN Systems also provides a range of installation services from pre-configuration service through to fully customised and priced secure rollouts. Our most popular solutions are the Fixed Priced Installations, these services give you the confidence of a fixed price contract.
