Registering a purchased product allows you to get free support, access trial product downloads, get news and critical updates notifications from Acronis.

Report a problem with a registered product
Web Based Support:
Go to any Acronis website:
- Open Acronis Website (e.g. http://www.acronis.com.au)
- Open “Support” section
- Click “Start Here” to open Support Wizard
This procedure applies to any support requirement including:
- Technical Issues
- Keys issues (upgrade/lost/transfer/etc)
- Website Account issues (create/transfer/etc)
- Feedback/Complaint/Suggestions/How-to-use queries
- Pre-sales

- Email option (available for all eligible customers who hold current support agreements)
Phone Support
Phone Support is available to all eligible customers who hold current support agreements, the same requirements are required as above, the phone numbers are as follows:

Local support number for New Zealand 0800-892-940
Once you have registered your support request you will receive an email notification with an 8 digit case number and reference number in the subject line of the email.
This case number is then used to track the support request through to its conclusion. Any correspondence with the support team should include the original subject line of the support reply. Without this original subject line (which includes a case number and a reference number) the request will not be registered as an issue and will not be auctioned by support.
