SAN Systems / NetApp Technical Incentive Program 2009

 

Terms and Conditions

 

-          Points will only be awarded for completion of activities which:

a)       Are listed as a ‘nominated activity’ for the Technical Incentive Program.

b)       Are held within the specified timeframe for the Technical Incentive Program (28/7/09-16/12/09). Certification exams are the exception to this rule and must be completed between 28/7/09 and 07/12/2009.

-          To be eligible to receive points for completing a nominated activity individuals must be a member of the SAN Systems / NetApp online community at the time of completion for any nominated activity. To be a member of the online community participants require a NetApp NOW login ID.

-          Participants can join the SAN Systems / NetApp online community at any stage throughout the promotion.

-          Participants must be currently employed by a registered NetApp reseller.

-          NetApp and SAN Systems employees are not eligible to participate in the Technical Incentive Program.

-          Winning participants will be contacted within 5 working days of the Program ending to arrange distribution of prepaid Visa card prizes.

-          The decisions made by Technical Incentive Program adjudicators are final. 

-          SAN Systems and NetApp reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
